Gentle Integral Yoga

Beginner/Intermediate With Sumati Goldberg, standing, backward and forward bending, inversions, twists, extended deep relaxation, breathing practices, a short meditation and a little chanting. No class on 11/10

Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga from a Structural & Movement perspective. Intermediate & Beginner Levels with Shirleyann. LL Yoga focuses on asana (postures) using core muscle groups, body/mind awareness, sequencing & structural integration from a Rolfing perspective. We practice yoga as a whole body, mind and spirit discipline.Stay for a mindful cup of tea at closing.

Saturdays from 9:30-11:00am Jivamukti Hatha Yoga

Teach challenging, vinyasa style asana (postures as well as basic fundamentals. Breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, Sanskrit chanting.


Fridays 9:00am-10:00am Vinyasa Yoga
