Gentle Integral Yoga

Mondays 4:00-5:40 Mixed levels with Sumati Goldberg
standing, backward and forward bending, inversions, twists, extended deep relaxation, breathing practices, a short meditation and a little chanting.

Core Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 Intermediate Levels with Shirleyann Core Hatha Yoga focuses on core muscle groups within each asana, body awareness, & structural integration from a RolfersĀ® perspective.

Jivamukti Hatha Yoga

Fridays 9:00-10:30 classes teach challenging, vinyasa style asana (postures) as well as basic fundamentals. Breathing exercises, yoga philosophy, Sanskrit chanting, with Mary Brown

Hatha Yoga

Wednesday nights 5:30-6:45 with Laura Polant. Beginner/intermediate Hatha Flow Yoga (w/ Sauna after!)

Yin Yoga

Fridays 11-12:30 Yin/Restorative Deep Stretching class (this class requires NO experience with yoga, it is gentle, deep stretching using pillows/blankets with Laura Polant
